Regardless, the Fed was biased on the money printing side more than not, with a balance sheet from hell, that rather than monterised it, it opted to create more and more debt, thus slightly masking inflation (less cash supply, a lot more of debt = doesn't set prices), which spiked in 2022.  Trump is a Facist, and believes in expansive corporatism, which also makes him an imperialist.   So, financing this would require low rates to none, so the government can build its masses of data farms, military complex, invade Greenland, Panama, Mexico (think Israeli esque bufferzones "whitewash", under national security excuses).  

Of course this goes against the paranoid, conspiracy theorist, paleolibertarians who assisted in Trump 2.0, but l imagine Trump will purge them from his party at some point.
