Even though Lana Del Rey is hitting the 1950's ' good housewife' re-hash look, that other female pop stars are now seem interesting in representing - whether or not the 'rebellious' female style has been shelved for the time being remains to be seen.  But, she is good, I mean there is a doomy overture in her music, possibly sincere , which helps add to the paradox of a music industry that seems obsessed re-selling the banal.
