Alberta Ferretti Fall couture 2018 – Milan
Alberta Ferretti has compiled a limited edition collection for both a resort styled and couture array revealed at Milan Fall 2018 men's fashion weeks. Since the lines between resort, ready-to-wear and now haute couture are all blurred (which also includes men's and women's collections). Designers will push onto the runway their collections that represent all of the seasons and markets. This is high end designer fashion now trying to cope with the masses of fast fashion which have cornered a mass market of styles. Of course the difference with a talented fashion designer, such as Alberta Ferretti, is the precision and care of revealing a collection that is beautifully tailored and presented.
Ferretti's Fall 2018 collection has a pure luxury feel to its presentation with its Chiffon and silk, free flowing and sex appeal. Sheer and delicate, yet purposeful. A radiance of sexuality and when done with skill creates the mystique. Such is lace over layered via cocktail inspired blazers and long coats, fine wool blends. Plunging necklines and see through silk tops and dresses. Hanging tassels with attached crystal fringes (a trend into 2018 2019 seasons).
Sleek and divine, with a colour palette that is not only subtle, but as mentioned, radiates an intense sensuality.
