“Reconfigure the simulacrum” (Adrian Glass 2015)

Reconfigure the simulacrum” 12x17” Framed enhanced photographic image printed on Gold Fibre Silk. (Adrian Glass 2015)

Hard to define what the key aspects were at the time when I created this image, however it is the title "Reconfigure the simulacrum" which holds its relevancy to the plain, everyday structure.  In all of its inanity.  Beyond any of its function, there is a need for it to be reconfigured to become more so.  I exaggerate what is viewed as normalcy and synchronize details that otherwise may or may not exist.  In turn it therefor becomes more real, exciting and symbolic.
