moodboard: One of my favorite clips ("Patrick Bateman's" contractionary dialogue at a Japanese restaurant) from "American Psycho" (2000), cleavely rewritten and rejigged by Mary Harron and Guinevere Turner. Based off the novel by Bret Easton Ellis coke inspired, neurotic laced, slasher, misogynistic 1991 novel (with that beautifully haunting anti-consumerism art by the late MArshall Arisman). With ellis later going onto be a 'online' pro-Trump supporter, and bought the 'neurotic' proto-fascist script of the "wokes" are taking over America. you now have the President you wished you had, and in all its Right Wing irony, now you wish you didn't have.
