"...Inspired by Mexico, more so San Miguel de Allende's colonial Spanish esque architecture and the holiday destination for Americans, which is an expressive eye opener of the colonisation past from the Americas, and how Spanish it was, before the indigenous populations began to reclaim some of their culture identity back from the colonizers.  Hansford's collection does indeed mix up the clash of local stylisations, and Spanish esque wears, with that Americas boho chic ala 'Tehuana' fashion.

Quoting for her latest collection, Hasford remarked, "People want to wear it with sexy skirts and high heels," as a backdated flow onto the epicurean of yesteryear, being that benchmark to what could be deemed rebellious style clothing in a time now where fashion, could be taking a backseat to activism....
