The backlash and slightly more in tune anti-fashion brand Enfants Riches Déprimés sets forth its Spring 2019 collection of punk and street ethics with exclusivity . Under the creative director, Henri Alexander, with his and quoted "elitist, nihilist couture…" which ensures "...the price point eliminates the masses, and the ideas eliminate the people who I don't want, generally, in it, due to the dark nature." I really like his collections. Yes, it is retelling of mid 1970s CBGBs, mixed with Westwood/McLaren (1976) take on French Situationism (1972) with flavors of early Japanese 80s avant garde.
A look back at the romanticism and rebellion which occurred over forty years ago, a nice trip down memory lane. Except back in the day you could buy a old blazer from a thrift store for less than $5 and be punk as hell.
