Homebrew/cocktails. My homemade "Gin" cocktail experiment

Gin style: cloves, pepper, juniper berries, Almond essence. Notes: Banana.  Taste: Pineapple, gloves, dry, slightly sweet. 

Experimented 'Gimlet' cocktail, added Ginger, lemon juice.  Very botanical balanced styled Setzler.  

Delish.
