Homebrew/cocktails: "saffronic dream" made with my homebrew Spiced Rum

This was probably the best Spiced Rum I have ever tasted.  The olive/salty notes where there, dry, not too sweet, with a very rounded and balanced spiced/molasses taste.  And yes, it was potent!

The cocktail was a milk based one, mixing Saffron infused milk (heated, then cooled in the fridge), honey simple syrup, and of course the Spiced Rum.  I got the balance for the cocktail perfectly matched to complemented the Spiced Rum and the Saffron, probably could be sweetened a little but more.  But, my goodness, this was amazing to drink.
