Jim Carrey just blew up 'Mark Millar's' Kick Ass 2

As discussed in Violence and it's contradictions: Hollywood, the hyper conscious and hyper neurotic actors are probably playing havoc with some hyper violent productions after Sandy Hook.  Despite the fact that Hollywood is America's dreams and nightmares played back as entertainment and all these actors get fat paychecks contributing to that 'entertainment' - Jim Carrey just blew up Kick Ass 2

Jim Carrey has said he can no longer support Kick-Ass 2 due to the "level of violence" in the film, especially in light of the Sandy Hook shooting which claimed the lives of 20 children and six adults last December. Carrey, who stars in the film as masked vigilante Colonel Stars and Stripes, made his statement on Twitter

Mark Miller comic book creator and executive producer on Kick Ass 1 and 2, quickly posts his response, more so a panic, as a Hollywood A-list'er (Carrey?), playing one of the Über violent characters in Kick Ass 2, just sabotaged the promotion of the film.

Maybe there is a lesson in all this, that being, producers, directors  writers trying to sell with the 'big name' actors.  Are wasting their time, when a slew of people trying to beak in, would not be so sentimental, and/or neurotic.
