Is the threat of Nuclear War in Ukraine starting to manifest? Recent Ruble selling is showing that a big event is brewing on the eve of Ukrainian sovereign areas becoming part of Russia.

The Russian ruble as a benchmark is showing vulnerability for another major sell off, as Vladimir Putin is about to release to the Russian media that he is going to authorize a referendum to have the Russian backed separatist regions of Ukraine to be annexed and become part of Russia.  I have read reports that this could lead to a nuclear war in Europe, essentially what Putin is doing in light of the Russian military failings, is officially declaring war on Ukraine.  Once the regions become annexed, shifting nuclear hardware into those areas, would be used as more of a deterrent than not.

A very serious situation is unfolding.  Which may prompt the West to pull back military support for Ukraine and for the Ukrainian army to cease its advancing closer to the Russian border, in reclaiming its lost territory.
