I absolutely adore croissants. Obviously a well made and baked croissant, with the right amount of yeast and storage so it becomes a beautifully layered pastry. Perfect with a latte. Clip is of an Italian youtuber, in Paris during the riots over Macron's government running out of money and forcing the French to work past retirement. It is very amusing and well put together clip.
