DUE mid-late 2024". *One of many cocktails that I have invented, the "Southern Spice" ended up in the XENOSTRUCTURALISM V catalogue. The backstory is of course all my creation, with the truth being that at the age of 14 I held a show-and-tell for the class on how to make cocktails, my teacher, who I believed used to dance at Silvers in the 1980's, Melbourne's answer to studio 54, nearly fell off her seat.*
