Trump will be selling 'patriot missile' defense systems to Ukraine, via NATO. Oil jumps 0.25% on the news and Trump's soon-to-be Russian "statement". Oil sanctions?

 

President Trump seems to have caved in on pulling back from supplying arms to Ukraine, after Russia as been pounded Ukraine's major cities with missile and drone attacks in the last week.  Trump will be supplying Ukraine with Patriot missile systems, selling them to NATO.  As he, Trump attempts to please both his neoconservative (with their the Cold War overhang and Putin needs to go) and the paleolibertarian supporters (with their NATO buys them off Trump, Putin is ok, but Ukraine has to be part of Russia. We, America, stays out NATO can deal with it.)

Trump is about to issue a major statement on Russia soon.  Will he put sanctions on Putin's "Shadow" fleet of oil tankers?

Oil is bid over $68, price support $65, resistance at $70.  Any further sanctions on Russian oil exports/refined crude and countries that buy Russian oil will lift the oil price close to $70
