MOODBOARD: JFK (Oliver Stone 1991). Kevin Bacon playing "Willie O'Keeth"

Sometimes popular culture just nails it. This scene from Oliver Stone's 1991 movie JFK, where Willie O'Keeth played by Kevin Bacon, being interviewed, off the record, with Jim Garrison (Kevin Costner) asking about the John F. Kennedy assassination conspiracy.  To which O'Keeth offers the assertion of rigged elections and left wing/liberals taking above, very much aligned with extreme right wing populism.   That being, conspiracy theories and the fear of minority groups rising up.  Interesting, O'Keeth was a homosexual, yet one has seen these similarities with the so-called "Alt-Right" and the many who have followed the Donald Trump/"intellectual" dark web narrative.

Great scene.
