OVERDUE MAGAZINE 004. JEAN PAUL GAULTIER ARTICLE (A.GLASS 2021)

 

 I have an article in the 004 issue of OVERDUE magazine, for their film themed edition.   They gave me this opportunity to write about the quintessential fashion/costume designer Jean Paul Gaultier. To which I feel with the many articles written of the famed and now retired Parisian fashion designer, mine offers a different and unique perspective.  With details relating to his rise to notoriety as the Enfant terrible throughout the 1980s, the relationships he created with celebrities outside from the fashion world and his connection to the many film directors who entrusted him to create, what we now know and appreciate, as benchmarks in costume/stage/film design.
