Wall Street Journal (WSJ) odd report on U.S. weapon supply chain issues, in relation to its export to Ukraine's war against Russia, as being a problem with the military complex consolidating its competing companies. Ensuring that the manufacturing of weapons has been declining since the last Cold War.

An odd report from the Wall Street Journal (WSJ) in relation to the U.S. arming Ukraine's war against Russia, that there has been severe supply chain shortages of weapons, i.e.  America is underproducing hand-held antitank missile systems for this conflict.  The report then goes into some detail that this hasn't occurred since the last Cold War.

So are we in a New Cold War?  Of course the WSJ report does not elaborate the obvious, instead blaming the 'over-the-years' consolidation of weapon makers into a handful of entities.   Cheering the possibility that a new arms race is on the way.
