From the chiasmus archive: April 15th, 2014 "THE NEW COLD WAR: DIGITAL ATTACK MAP"

The main players: Russia, China and America in our revamped 21st Century Cold War.  With the precursor being the 'Distributed Denial of Service'  attacks (DDoS) via our interconnected and seemingly interdependent global electronic systems.

 As it coincides with fond memories of the 1983 movie War Games resonating it's pop culture reference of computerized warfare, that may or may-not lead to the actuality of war.
