Background

Mexican food and drink is rustic and it is some of my favorite international cuisines.  It was the Americanization of Mexican dishes i,e fast food restaurants that actually added to the 'calorie myth' of traditional Mexican dishes, when in fact they are, like most cuineses were based around peasant eating habits when meat was not that readily available, basic, yet tasty.  So, there improvisation of layering and cultivating foods with what they had to eat, makes the traditional Mexican culinary experience special.  Therefor the floricultural element of Mexican food and drink has to be praised.   Same with Mexican desserts, more so chocolate that does not taste like the chocolates you would get from Europe or America, once again, there is raw, sweet and unique experience in tasting chocolate created in Mexico which has instilled thousands of years of Aztec history.  An unrefined delicacy.   This cocktail has all of those elements, I have just mentioned regarding Mexican cuisine.   But, no added chocolate.

I present to you, "Ovule Spice".
