Moodboard: 'Raw architecture' interior design concepts.

Koyori Architects "Hoo cafe" in Kyoto, Japan.  Defining the Japnese Edo peoprd of 刺し子 or "Little stabs" to show visable and decorative repair, usually applied to a garment.  In this case, structure.  Cosy and real.  I bet the coffee tastes better within this space.

Architect Ludwig Godefroy's Mayan inspired brutalism, raw unpolished concrete, exposed stone work, and angular pyramidal blocks.  Very spiritual and tomb like.  High ceilings, deep releasing dreams.

The London Balenciaga store, interior designed by Sub Architects.  Like an abandon, worn and damaged factory space.  It has a Cold War Part 1 feel, like a Eastern European bunker/command centre.  A hyperreal, unfinished movie set, with dirt and grime.  Apparently, the architects wanted to add more concrete to the internal space, but the structure couldn't take the weight.  Hence some of the 'concrete' slabs are veneer   I like this one a lot.
