From the Chiasmus archive: "THE BARISTA" (1982). Poster for the remake from 1988. The script and premise of the story was changed to incorporate a love triangle between the main character and two female protagonists. It was far more violent, and had censorship issues with the film distribution companies. In 2010, a director cut was released on DVD, which included an extra 30 minutes of footage."

I have reposted this from November 13th 2023, it's actually an in-joke (and partial truths?), that only Nyxi, my cat, metaphorically speaking, would get, maybe.
Yes, the art is so called AI generated, but it took so many word prompts and wording 'hacks' to bypass its filters and render something that appeared not too hastily AI created, i.e mangled hands, while displaying some 'Adult' imagery. Link below goes into further detail.
"Walter Cremore, once a high powered stock broker, now just a Barista. He became the fall guy for corporate greed, thrown to the bottom of the heap, with nowhere to go. Until Sandra Delante, a former co-worker offered him a job at the corporation she works at, as their new Barista. In a relationship with the bissexual Delante and his narcissistic hypersexual boss, Sally McMurphy, who was disfigured, as the sole survivor of a chemical explosion three years ago. Ruthless terrorists have taken over their office block. Cremore, who was once a clandestine assassin for the U.S. government, with Delante and McMurphy in tow, the three of them are in the fight for the lives."
"Caffeine, guns and sex. This time, it is the terrorists that are at the wrong place, at the wrong time."
