Homebrew: spiced Rum. Cocktail: "Dark 'n' Stormy".

 

"Dark 'n' Stormy" cocktail with my home brewed 'spiced' Rum.  The Rum base was almost perfect, but, too much Cinnamon, so it was a little bitter, the Cardamom worked extremely well.  The 'olive' notes were there, as was the slight saline taste, with that rounded Rum flavour.
