“Amatory, elixir”
Spirit: 60 mils of home-brewed Cherry Vodka
Savory: Five mils of
green olive brine and *secret ingredient*
Fifteen mils of
fresh-squeezed lime juice. Two small slices of “baby” pickled
chilli.
Gently Press the
fresh two chilli slices into the bottom of your shaker. Give them a
few gentle presses with your muddler just to break the and release a
touch of chilli heat.
Combine: Pour in the
60 mils home-brewed Cherry vodka, Five mils olive brine/*secret
ingredient*, and 15 mils of fresh lime juice.
Fill the shaker with
ice. Shake hard and fast for 15 seconds until the outside of the tin
frosts over.
Double-Strain: Pour
through your cocktail strainer and a fine mesh tea strainer into a
chilled martini glass or coupe. Skewer your green olive and the whole
pickled chilli.
Garnish: One green olive and one whole pickled chilli on a cocktail pick (or float them)
