• CNN report on Ukrainian special forces in Sudan, carrying out assassination tactics on Sudanese rebels sympatric to Russian influence in the region.  If this is correct, than we are seeing very similar aspects to the first Cold War when global assassinations and insurgency tactics were used to destabilize regions influenced by, at the time, communist Russia.  Namely South America in the 1980's.
