I remember this publication at a local library in the 1980's, I was fascinated by this book, the images of weapons of mass destruction and the devastation that they'll bring. It is astounding , as we live today in a world at the brink of a 'hot' war between superpowers. Yet, trivialized by technocrats, with their statistical overconfidence in technological superiority.
