From trime to time, I will be posting screenshots from the heyday of adult fantasy comics, which peaked in the Mid to late 1980s, when most of these publishing companies went bankrupt. This was a exuberantly creative and unrestrained time in both fantasy art, and writing, in compared to now, where the has been an overt desire to have multitudes of markets duplicate ad infinitum. Which has been at the detriment of creativity and originality. Excerpt from a story written by Dania Graziunas, and incredible lushful art by Jim Starlin for Marvel's "EPIC" magazine, february 1984.
