“We have a punctured lung on the left side...” She quickly checks the blood pressure reading. “...Diastolic is at sixty three and falling and he has hypovolemia, we gotta get him to ER...” She says, sliding a needle into a protruding vein on the man's right arm, attaching a tube whilst holding up a plastic sac of blood plasma."
