Currently brokering art between Garrison Gallery and another smaller gallery. Do you know his book store on Madison Ave.

No, never been there. But, Steve Garrison, he's well known,” the Wall Street trader replies.

Do you collect art?”

Me? Nah, but my wife, she like Galleries, attends an opening from time to time. She's been to Garrison Gallery in Chelsea. Sometimes she buys new art for the apartment.”

Well...” Damyn leans down, in front of him is a large plastic covered framed image. “...I am delivering this art piece later on in the evening to Steve, at his Gallery in Chelsea.” Holding up the plastic wrapped cardboard, with the image displayed. He tilts it so that the man sitting next to him can see the image. What is viewed are an array of unusual shapes, pivoting in a metamorphic style, with a shade of golden hues, reds, dark purples against a white background. It seems almost organic in its display. Striking and unique.

I like this...Who did it?”

Damyn continues holding the image up, as the man maintains his study of it, lifting his glass of whiskey he sips, placing it down. Transfixed on the image.

Well, it's a female artist. But, no one ever seen or heard from her. She is a mystery, no presence, even on the internet...” Damyn stares directly at the imagery, although it may be classified as surrealism in the art world. These shapes seem otherworldly, like something that has ever been seen before. Damyn places the image back down in front him, lifting his whiskey he drinks the last segments. Placing the glass down, he then turns towards the Wall Street trader. “...She's an enigma, the deal with this is, Steve wants her on his books. I was able to track down a contact through another gallery...cut a long story short, I set up the deal with this mysterious artist through a rep at another gallery, it's a single communication line...” Damyn says pointing with his right index finger indicating a one-on-one point of direction, the man beside him intently listens to his story. “...Even this gallery, used for the arrangement don't have any contact with her. The art is posted to them from Yonkers. But, we think she's a city girl...So, the rep collects the print from a storage locker, I meet up with them and it's given to me for the Garrison Gallery shop, going to be framed and a price set.”
