My spice mix for the mini corn base pizzas with Kalamata olives, cherry tomatoes and cheese.

 

Sumac from Syria, Quality Spanish smoked paprika and ground coriander.  No salt.

The flavor combinations (sweet cherry tomatoes and kalamata olives) with the spices, were fucking unbelievable.
